Castle (Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore)
The
view below portrays Miners Castle from the National
Lakeshore observation deck. A trail pathway
leads to the top of Miners Castle, from where
you can also view Grand Island. Rarely ever
crowded, the park offers ample parking, a large
shaded picnic area, charcoal grills, tables
and modern restroom facilities. Back-country
hiking trails connect to many wilderness attractions,
such as waterfalls, rivers, streams and various
cliff formations.
