Our
first time to this area & this was a wonderful
place to stay. The view is just mesmerizing &
the wind / waves on our last evening were incredible
(this day was also our second anniversary). The
house really is perfect. We hiked in pictured
rocks - Chapel area. Kayaked for a day - which
was an experience of a lifetime. Just the two
of us with a great guide from Northern Waters
in Munising. Hiked along the Dunes - Grand Sable
- again, a truly amazing site. Lunch at a litlle
brewery in teh little town of Grand Marais. Even
got in a little bit of fly fishing on the South
section of the Au Train river. No trout, but a
beautiful spot. We wanted to make it to "Upfront
& Co" in Marquette one evening but never
felt the need or desire to leave the cabin once
we got back each afternoon.
A
terrific vacation & anniversary in this gerat
cabin. There's so many things to do & see
in this area & we hope to make it back here
again one day.
